RFP for Decommissioning York Region MRF Equipment

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

The main objectives of decommissioning the York Region MRF are to complete a design and provide a workplan for : 

1. Dismantle and decommission the processing lines.
2. Remove or complete the sale of the MRF equipment.
3. Complete all necessary repair and improvements to the MRF.   
4. Provide Contract Administration and Site Inspection services (CA/SI) services during construction.
5. Ensure the existing MRF space is cleared and prepared for the potential Leaf and Yard Waste Facility.
