W2RO was thrilled to partner with the Milton Community Resource Centre Infant Food Bank for a second year. All the funds raised through the sale of Mulligans and the 50/50 draw at our W2RO 41st Anniversary Golf Tournament at Granite Ridge Golf Course were donated to the Infant Food Bank.
MCRC Infant Food Bank opened in 2007 when the Salvation Army approached MCRC about a filling gap of essential infant supplies for families in need throughout the community. The Infant Food Bank has seen a 130% increase in infants since the pandemic. In the last three years the cost of formula has increased by 46%.
