Workshop #1: The Strategic Blueprint

• When: March 24, 2026, 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• What it’s about: This session focuses on Strategic Readiness. You will establish the "Who, Why, and What" of a Disaster Debris Management Plan.
• Key Takeaway: A high-level framework and a month-long homework task to prepare for the Tactical lab.

Workshop #2: The Tactical Lab

• When: April 28, 2026, 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• What it’s about: A hands-on Tactical Deep Dive. Participants will use Dillon’s generalized site-suitability matrices and tools.
• Key Takeaway: You will leave with the framework of a local DDM plan, tips, tools and lessons learned for real-time readiness.
